American Industrial Contractors Office

American Industrial Contractors was founded in 1987 as a commercial HVAC contractor serving the greater Greensboro area. Founded by Philip Lucado and focused on delivering a high level of customer service paired with expertise as general contractors, we quickly expanded our service area to include the Carolinas and Virginia.

The building industry, and HVAC and controls in particular, have changed considerably over our three-plus decades in business. We've continued to grow our team, facilities, and capabilities so that we can continue to deliver the latest technology and outstanding service to our client base.

Why Choose Us?

General contractors, architects, property managers, and consulting firms choose American Industrial Contractors for four key reasons:

  • We deliver superior quality work that we stand behind.
  • We have the expertise to provide accurate estimates, delivered quickly.
  • We provide solid, innovative mechanical system solutions tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
  • We do what we say we will do: We adhere to project deadlines and budgets.
